The only Bowling Alley on the island is on the Gaitani Road heading out of Zakynthos Town at the Vanato Turning. It's a really good set up with large pool tables and a bar downstairs, and 4 lanes and another bar upstairs.
They play dance tracks while you bowl and the lanes, pins and balls glow under ultra-violet light. It's a great way to spend the day, especially if you come at the beginning or the end of the season and get the odd rainy day. |

There are several Go Karts on the Island. All the ones that I know of are in the Laganas area. There's a big track just off the main Kalamaki to Laganas Road and another smaller one at the junction with the main strip at the same place as the paintballing. |
Watersports are abundant on the east coast of the Island. Due to the Turtles no watersports of any kind are allowed in Laganas or Kalamaki The most famous area for watersports is St. Nicolas' Beach in Vassilikos. There's Paragliding, Bananas, Ringos & Jetskis a-plenty |

If you fancy getting closer to nature, or just being a little more adventurous without quite as much adrenaline, why not take a Try-dive. The St. Nicolas Diving Centre is a British-run diving school. You can even do a three-day course and get your diver's certificate here. Then you can dive anywhere in the world... |
Paintballing is at the junction of the Kalamaki Road and the main strip in Laganas. Get a group together and get down there on rainy days at the beginning and end of season, or just have a laugh before you go out on the town! With trained professionals supervising the action, you know that you can relax and enjoy the experience. |

The Laganas Waterpark only opened in July summer 2000. With 4 different slides it will keep the kids occupied for ages... and some of the adults too! There's a bar on site too, with sunbeds for those who just can't get enough rays. You only pay once to get in, then you can use the slides as much as you like. Last season entry was between 1000 & 3000 drx (2-6) per person for the day... and you'd pay that for a sunbed on the beach in some resorts! You can find the waterpark towards the top of the Laganas Main Strip. |
